Just returned from a trip to Cold Stone Creamery. What a pleasant and delicious experience! The ice cream was perfect and prepared exactly as we ordered. Five people all ordering different flavors and mix-ins can be quite complicated, but not for our server. She completed our entire order correctly and efficiently. And most importantly, she made us feel that it was her pleasure to serve us. On our next visit, we hope Ellie will be our server again! A satisfied customer...
Ice cream was so delicious and savory. The workers were so friendly. Sara was very helpful in helping me decide on which flavor to get. Overall awesome experience. You guys have a customer for life!!!
Classic place to grab some ice cream while taking a break from shopping at Mayfair. They had lots of options available, including an almond milk based option that actually tasted good, which was great for my lactose intolerant partner. That alone was enough to make me want to return! Service was great too. Would recommend!
My mother forgot to send the deposit for my son’s bday cake. With only a few days to spare, I contacted the team at Coldstone. The manager, Melissa, worked with me to create a cake and the cake baker, Brittany, made it all happen. We are so grateful for saving our little man’s bday!! This will be our new bday tradition
Just a quick shout out to the Wilmington NC Cold Stone Mgr. Melissa. I had mistakenly ordered from another out of town Cold Stone location on their app. I immediately cancelled and instead purchased at my local Melissa's store in Wilmington. Unfortunately, my cc was charged for my mistake. Melissa went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even calling the out of town store to issue me credit. She is an example of excellent customer service and it reflects in the way she trains her staff to treat others in the same way. Thanks Melissa and Cold Stone. Go get some ice cream at her store in WILM NC!!
Ice cream in your own personal choice of flavor,mix in and toppings. What's not to love about that?! But incase you can't decide on your own there are fun tasty premade creations to choose also.
Firstly i’ll start by saying the girl that made my milkshake did a fantastic job, superb customer service! However, the group of guys were all over the place. I can understand being a teenager and having fun, so i’m not really making this review about that. My issue is when *I think his name was Vance* was making my ice cream on the frozen table, whilst next to another male worker he was horse playing with him and ended up slapping/touching the guy with the scoop he was using to dice up my ice-cream and continued to use the same scoop to fix up my ice-cream. I couldn’t bring myself to speak up because of just how utterly shocked and disgusted i was. also didn’t want to seem like a karen lol. this interaction happened on june 4th around 5:40.

Cold stone NEVER disappoints! We came here after an evening in the pier and I got a custom shake. It was good although the peanut butter over powered the other flavors (oh well, I chose it). The guy pulled change out of his tip jar so I didn’t have to get so much change. So of course, I tipped him more. Good service!
The ice cream is amazing. But the only down fall about this place was that there were 3 of us today. 2 of us had a waffle bowl the other had the cone with sprinkles we were all dying for a waffle but they were all stale which was nasty!! But over all the ice cream is amazing clean and very friendly!
