When you ask for extra pickles on your chicken sandwich and the nice lady repeats it back to you, "Number 1 with extra, extra, extra pickles?" Yeaassss!!! Y'all made my week this morning. I've never seen that many pickles on one sandwich before!
Must have had a million people in there today...handled the crowd most efficiently ...food presented as if we were the only people in the store........

HUGE shout out to Zach and his team for going above and beyond to keep their customers happy!!! Even on this past, super busy Saturday night, I witnessed the vehicle in front of me be not so nice at the window and when I pulled up, all 3 team members greeted me with a smile, Zach greeted me by name, and they were staying so positive while multitasking like crazy.
This will always be our favorite Chick-Fil-a in Wilmington!!!
I come to this particular chic-fil-a every time I come into town. I'm usually getting breakfast or an early lunch for my family. The crew that is always here is awesome. They are supposed to be nice & friendly, I get, but these guys go above & beyond. They make my day every time. They take my order, but it will also take time to chat with me. Just about normal day to day life. It's a fast food joint, but while they are pushing me out for next in line, they do it graciously. Without making me feel like I'm a number. They ask about my kid, my dog, my day. Even if it's only brief, I don't feel rushed. The food is always on point. They say, "You get what you pay for," & I know I'm paying for fast food, but here I know the food quality is good & the interaction with the employees is always pleasant.
Service at this Chick-fil-A was top notch I come once a week for a biscuit in the morning 6 am the staff is always cheerful and helpful even so early. Orders are always correct and cooked to perfection.
Food is consistent, service has taken a slump for a hot minute but it’s back to being a “pleasure”. We love ChikFila
Chick filla has it figured out. I've seen 20+ cars wrapped around the drive thu and never waited longer then 10 minutes, I'f that.
Staff is always super friendly. And my order is always correct.

I had a experience at this location. I was able to order online and pick up in a timely manner. Workers were super friendly and I appreciate that chickfila offers gluten free buns (for an upcharge) to accommodate my gluten sensitivity.
Spicy chicken sandwich and fries very good. Staff nice.
12:40 July 7th. Whoever the gentlemen is outside running the traffic line is amazing. Smoothest drive thru I have ever experienced. He is working so hard in the heat. Someone make sure he stays with y’all forever. That is what customer service is all about
