Dunkin'

I love matcha latte and I ordered consistently to Dunkin near my place. So far, they got 2 orders out of 10 orders made wrong to iced latte (coffee). I've asked (through app) for less ice and out of 5 times, only ONCE it was filled with less ice. Small size was 4 sips and was gone I starting to doubt they made it almond milk when I order through app as apparently "less ice" means ice to the rim.

Just received one of the worst iced coffees I've ever had. Dark roast with trefoils girl scout flavor, light ice, cream and sugar was what I ordered. It was a lot of water, very little coffee, very little flavor, and a complete waste of money. I asked them to fix it and they did, but it was no better whatsoever the second time. I should have just asked for my money back, or asked to go behind the counter and make it myself. We go to a Dunkin several times a week, but we will never return to this location. I suggest finding a nearby store and go to that one instead. P.S. Here's a picture of the dark roast coffee...
