I was all hype to try it out because I heard it was good. I walk up to the door and the sign said open daily from 11-9pm. The doors were locked and workers were sitting at the table eating. No signs for break, lunch, nothing. They thought it was funny that people were trying to come get food and couldn't get in.

Food is always good, service and cleanliness could be better. I ordered a harissa salmon pita one night and they gave me something with chicken in it. No big deal, food tasted good, I'm willing to give second chances. Ordered again a week later and my wife found hairs in her chicken salad. I'm a fair person - one star reviews are reserved for establishments that poison me, but I won't be back here.

I have never eaten anything here I didn't LOVE (well, the baked falafel is meh). Everything is fresh and delicious - the kebabs, the pita, the soup (scratch made), the Greek salad, hummus, and the multitude of sides. Wash it all down with a fresh limeade and finish with a piece of the greatest piece of chocolate cake that exists in the universe.

Our dealership ordered from Zoe’s Kitchen through the Zoe’s Kitchen App. They use a third party service for delivery services. Food arrived and items were missing. The employee and manager on duty was not willing to refund me as we were not driving for the missing items: they were rude and would not tell me the Manager’s name and hung up on me 3 times as I said I was reporting to corporate. I see there are other complaints as well over the past 2 months. Sounds like bad management. I will never order form here again and nor will our dealership. They lost good customers because they were rude and this is unacceptable customer service. We ordered here all the time and had no complaints until now and we certainly will not be ordering from here again!

I love Zoes at other locations but this one is gross. I'm pregnant and drove 40 minutes to here, there were at least 2 hairs in my food, one long white one and one short dark one. When we were ordering I could see the kitchen and most people weren't wearing gloves, someone with a beard didn't have it all tucked in to keep it from getting in food. Accidents are one thing, but just being lazy and negligent when people spend money to eat is a huge issue.

I ordered what I always do the Moroccan chicken pladina and it was dripping with spicy sauce. My salad was awful. I have always gotten the salad with no onions , olives and extra feta but this was not the case last night. It had olive and onions all on it and no extra feta. The chef last night gave attitude about my order when I sent it the 2nd time. On top of everything else last nightmy friend and I ordered out 3 minutes apart and was served 20min apart. Worst customer service ever. Dont recommend this location to anyone.

I go here all the time and i do love the food but i had a bad experience this time. the girl with the braids was rude to me for no reason. She said with an attitude excuse me are you picking up or something when I clearly was standing there waiting. Then they just push my food over the counter and don’t say anything. The bread on my sandwhich was also soggy and the chicken was dry.
