Came in around 1pm June 20th , it was packed with customers yet the staff kept pumping out orders back to back to back. Loved their high spirits and fast pace. Their manager should be proud of not only cashiers but cooks as well. Keep up the energy highly satisfied with everything.

I waited almost 20 minutes for a kids nugget meal, 1 biggie bag burger 2 drinks and a 10 piece nuggets. The coupon I tried to use from the app didn't work. My nuggets were cold, my burger had to be remade, the kids meal was missing the drink and the apple slices and my sweet tea was flavored with peach when I asked for a regular sweet tea. I paid $22 for a messed up order and I will most definitely not be coming back to waste my time and my money

Well today I went through the drive thru...because the manager who has the head set was unavailable..no one could answer or help at the speaker. I drove up to the window thought maybe not working and was asked by an employee standing around doing nothing to go back around to order so to get behind the other cars now waiting for the return of the employee with the headset. I got a sorry with my food no smiles Such a disappointment
At lunch no time to drive somewhere else a lesson go somewhere else 1st

Pulled up to pay/receive my order and saw an employee biting his nails and saw that his nails were dirty. I mentioned what I observed and saw that he may have washed his hands (not certain). My family was directed to pull up to wait for our order. When we got our food, none of the items were fresh, the frosty was melted. Why would they make us wait for food that wasn't fresh 🤨

Inflation sure but these guys are taking advantage. Wendy's quality has dropped the most of any chain. They went from being the best to the worst. Good job Dave Thomas rolling in his grave

I took the drive thru route. The dude on the other side was in such a rush. Every time I said something he would ask if that’s all. I did not appreciate how he talked to me. Definitely would not recommend this location.

They were out of chili (I ordered a large) which is no big deal but then offered me a small frosty instead? I asked if I could get a small burger instead. I lost money on it either way but whatever. My husband got the asiago chicken sandwich.. Which isn't a cheap item on their menu. When we got home it was literally a piece of chicken on bread. That's it. Super frustrated I spent a penny there.

Dirty place. The soda machine worked but it was very dirty. Food was hot and fresh. Service was friendly
