This is just a small portion of the awful salad I got tonight from the Willis location. This one could learn so much from the Conroe 105 location. I’ve never gotten anything but great food from there. Here in Willis it’s hit or miss. I figured on a Monday the salad would be fresh but I think it must have been made Friday or Saturday. It was wilted and some was brown. For what you pay I should be able to eat more than the chicken off the top. Tried to call to mention it to the manager but the phone isn’t working. 😩 sad experience.

They are so fast and always have our order right. We have never had issues. So we continue to go here because it's such a pleasant experience. Also chicken is not so bad for you compared to other fast food.. and waffle fries are delicious. I love the market salad also.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A for lunch today while out running errands. We were greeted at the door by an employee who held the door for us as we entered. The wait time was minimal. When we reached the counter, we met a very knowledgeable and courteous cashier, Blane. He even took the time to ask how our day was going. This is what makes Chick-fil-A stand out above the rest. Way to go, Blane and the Willis Chick-fil-A team. Another outstanding visit! ❤️

Lines can get long here but they get to your car quick. Have only used their drive thru. Employees are very olote and cordial. If they make a mistake they remedy it right away. I've been here more than once and love it! (When I can afford it cuz their fresh salads can be a bit pricey).

Spicy Chicken and Pepper Mint Shake, DO IT!!
The order window person I think was new, so when my shakes didn't come out as expected and I got handed gift card instead I was surprised, but the fast acting service to replace them with free shakes I wasn't upset.
The spicy chicken sandwich is one of the best in the fast food market you can get. The waffle fries were undercooked and no salt. Not sure if they were changing shifts and looked like they were just starting their rush.

It was a quick trip through the line and didn't take long for them to give us our food. Only thing was there was no sauce on our sandwiches. But every thing tasted good.

First time ever going to a Chic fil A. Where the employee was rude asked me 3x what I ordered. Which was a Cobb salad. When I arrived to window the manager and lady that took my order was looking like they didn't want to work.
