Subway

Female employee was yelling at another employee as we(my husbad, daughter and myself) entered the store. Our sandwhiches were made sloppily. My husband and I ordered our subs toasted, but our bread was burned. My daughter ordered mayo on her sub and it wasn't even added. The meat and cheese was barelt on the bread. Very poor experience.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars!!!! To whoever was working on 7-7-20 @7:10pm and their boss…. You were the rudest I have ever encountered!!!! I left your location and went to the one by 7/11. What a major difference!!! I think you could learn a few things about customer service from Chris and Josh!!!!! Oh and for those who read this, they are open and not closed like Maps states!!!

This is big Subway but the bathroom was out of order. Is that legal? They are in a gas station so maybe that's why? The manager didn't speak to his employee. He just did his inventory count and left without telling her goodbye or that he'd be back. Weird dynamic. The employee did a great job on our sandwiches and honored our coupon without question. But the atmosphere is sad and could use background music.
