This is probably the only Dunkin around , and it’s packed . Takes a longgggggg time in drive through. Took us almost 20 mins to order and another 5-10 mins . Coffee was good . Bagels weren’t toasted much . Was a bit raw and very less cream cheese . Tomato pesto sour dough sandwich was the best !! Parking is ok .. it was a ok experience. Nothing special

We did online ordering here twice during our stay in the area. Their system was smooth and the orders were correct each time. Only downfall was the wait time was a bit long the first day, could have been just a lot of people ordering food in front of us. Overall a good Dunkin to stop at.

Horrible, don't even bother. Put in our mobile orders (paid and everything) and when we arrived no one was at the window. Everything looked open and we even saw a gallon of opened milk at the counter (without a cap). We stayed for 30 minutes Banging on the door and Windows and even got worried a worker had collapsed or became unresponsive. After considering calling the police, we went to get gas and attempted to call them one more time. Someone answered and said that someone had left their shift early and to come and get our drinks. When we got there, the guy said our order never went through. We showed him our orders on our phones and he was nice and made our drinks. If we had not been able to drive back to get our drinks, they would have Stolen our money.

I ordered 25 ct of munchkins but I only got 19ct!! I gave three stars because two stars are for the excellent drive thru customer service. The person who packed the order should be more careful.

Placed a mobile order today, drove the 5 min from my
house on the way to work this evening. Had to upload
more funds to my dunkin card in order to pay. Arrived
noticed that the drive through was slammed. Glad I made a walk-in in mobile order. Walked up to the door in which was locked. Looked inside and saw a child running around. An employee saw me and told me to go through the drive through. I told her I placed a walk in, she said she wasn't unlocking the door. So I had no choice but to leave as I couldn't wait that long. Called the store to let them know I wouldn't be able to pick up my order, they said come by later to pick it up or call corporate to receive a refund. Stay away from this store!

This particular Dunkin was not a good experience. We placed a mobile order for walk-in and waited over 20 minutes inside for it to be done. They were well staffed, but there was no sense of urgency to get the orders done.

Have been going to this one for a few years but has vastly gone downhill in terms of quality and service. For example, can't make a cappuccino because the Espresso machine is broken or no English Muffins for the Turkey Bacon sandwich... Usually Dunkin location are pretty consistent in quality and service but unfortunately this one is not. Recommend Dunkin' corporate look at reviewing or revoking the franchisee license. The other location appears to be closed at 6384 Richmond, either permanently or temporarily yet still lists as open on Google.

I have genuinely never experienced a more terrible Dunkin’ Donuts than this one. It is consistently horrendously slow - I’ve gone to this location once or twice a month since I moved to the area a year ago, and the wait time in the drive thru ranges from 30 minutes to an hour. AN HOUR, no exaggeration. I’ve called to complain before and a very flustered employee answered the phone and told me “there was no manager” and that they were understaffed. The last time I came through the drive thru, the wait was only 45 minutes (I felt lucky at the time based on this location’s standard) and watched an employee sitting behind the store smoking a cigarette while still wearing their apron and gloves. Yuck. Very embarrassing and unprofessional in my opinion for corporate to allow this awful service to continue for so long.
