The staff at Honey Butter's were very friendly and welcoming. Portions are huge so be ware you can probably share :) I'm a particular eater and I enjoyed my breakfast for lunch. Actually finished my leftovers for lunch today. The French toast was so thick fluffy my husband said it was like fried dough, and he loved it! The pancakes were just as fluffy and pretty thick for pancakes. Good place for anyone who likes good breakfast comfort food. Thanks to everyone at Honey Butter's for the awesome meal!

My friends and I really liked the food. The chicken sandwich and chicken Caesar wrap were delicious. There was some confusion with the type of menu we were supposed to get because I had a voucher. There was a sign but when you first walk into a restaurant you are looking around, looking at the layout and trying to find a person to seat you. Understandable that we missed it, but one of the help staff couldn’t have been more rude. Point blank pretty much accusing me of being blind because “the sign is right there as you walk in”. She just wouldn’t let it go. Thank goodness she was not our waitress. Our waitress, Reba, tried so hard to diffuse the situation. Even when we wanted to swap out one type of. Fries for a different type, the rude waitress was so belligerent, insisting that whatever was on this special voucher menu is what you get. Sorry to say, if you can go to the other Honey Butters, you might choose that one. OR just make sure you get Reba, then you will not be disappointed at all.

Just had breakfast and the food was wonderful, unfortunately the service was terrible. First when being seated the hostess seemed annoyed. Second we were not introduced to our waitress so we did not know her name. Next when the food arrived it was incorrect, our over medium eggs were over easy. The Littlest things that could've been handled without complaint, but our waitress tried to argue with us and said that over medium eggs were supposed to be a little runny. Yes, we understand a little running but when you slice into an over medium egg it is not supposed to run completely out all over the plate and deflate. Next she was checking on all the tables around us, but never came to our table so our drinks were gone and never refilled not once. Then since we never were approached after she checked to see if the food was right. Then we used the last little bit of hot sauce and had to wave her over, visibly annoyed by our request she left and returned with the new condiment with the safety seal still on it. Now any waiter or waitress should know that if someone asks for a condiment and it is not open; then open it and then hand it to them. It was impossible and irritating that we had deal with this kinda service at such a popular, well loved place of establishment. I would like to know that management will address the issue immediately.
We are not completely aware of her name but the ticket stubb stated the name Jennifer.

Great food, great service, great experience. Got seated fast, food was quick and yummy and they had good portions. Cute location - originally went to IHOP and wait was an hour, a local suggested this place and it exceeded our expectations.

We LOVE Honey Butters!!! Our waitress is always top notch amazing, smiling never has to write down an order and always gets it right. We love her!! The food is fabulous and even through all the craziness this place is doing it right

My husband and I are on a mission to try all the breakfast joints/ Pancake houses on Richmond road. This is our first stop. I was impressed. I ordered the California Benny and my husband ordered the big Pancake breakfast. We agreed, the garlic fried potatoes were spectacular. Crispy in the outside, fluffy and soft on the inside. The benny was tasty. I would have preferred a while slice of tomato instead of chopped, but very good. The English muffin was store bought not home made, but a good quality one. My husband's Pancake was a traditional Pancake and the syrup was like Mrs. Butterworth it whatever, nothing husband's. But the portions were huge, eggs done perfectly, and the meat was tasty. Gritts were white and savory. Bloody Mary was tasty and came with celery and olives. Nothing artsy or boutique, but a very solid, well done breakfast.

The service was a tad bit slow but no gripe with the server. I just felt like it took an unusually LONG time for our food to come out in comparison to the WHOLE 3 tables that had others guests. As usual, we went for the breakfast options and the serving size did not disappoint. Everyone needed a box!
