Shorty's looked cute, clean and parking was easy. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. I had a catfish sandwich, fries and drink for $13 and my friend had a bowl of chili, pastrami sandwich and fries for $16. The sandwiches were very good, fresh and hot. The chili tasted good but was lukewarm and the fries were not good. They were not hot and were greasy, tasting old. We did not eat them. We will give Shorty's another try and come back for breakfast.

Authentic small town diner feel. Was not that crowded. Service was very fast. Ordered Shorty's sampler and it can easily serve 2 people. The single large pancake a fulfilling.

Holy moly this place is good! The menu is loaded with tasty food options. Maybe not so much for this with dietary restrictions but our server was wonderful in helping us with a very complicated diet. We couldn’t have had a better meal with better service than this! Everyone is smiling! Everyone is happy to help! Couldn’t find a single thing I didn’t like. The pancakes are ginormous and the meat options are all tasty.
Sorry about the pictures of the food but howdy was it good and I didn’t even think to take any when it came out since it looked so delicious!

What a great place to eat! Food was awesome. Servers were nice and communicated very well with us and every table! Even my daughter who has dietary restrictions was able to find something to eat and absolutely enjoyed it!
This is my first time eating hear and was thoroughly pleased. Will definitely eat here again if I’m in the area!

Call a head as they are normally busy. Town favorite and very pleasant service. Decent portions and great tasting food. Men's bathroom need some attention but overall a great spot for home style breakfast food. Enjoy!

We went there for a late breakfast. We had biscuits and gravy with coffee. The waitress was very attractive and did a great job of seeing to our table. She made sure the coffee cups were refilled. Between the two of us we spent 13.17 not including tip. The food was very good. I can recommend Shorty's if you are ever in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Delicious food - FAST - in a 50's diner atmosphere. With plenty of choices on the menu, there is definitely something for everyone. We were surprised by how quickly our food came, and it was exactly as we ordered it. Portion sizes were impressive. I saw pancakes the size of a plate, a big amazing looking burrito. Everything looked good. We decided to see how miserably full we could get by ordering a slice of the homemade coconut cream pie and cherry pie - YUM! The prices are very reasonable. Staff was on point - especially Noelle. She got it all right, kept our drinks full snd was the perfect amount of friendly and attentive. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be back.
