First time at this fast food restaurant that specializes in char broiled burgers and chicken. No milkshakes.. Service basically was friendly and quick. My Big Carl's double cheeseburger was fresh and tasty. Chicken sandwich was also good.

I dined in this time with my hubby and was very satisfied with how clean the place was! The food was good and plenty they ate a bit slow and they need to work on customer service skills. Food was very pricey for fast food.

Doesn't have Spicy Chicken, proceeds to make it the customers problem.
Basic lack of service where even paying money doesn't mean anything. Management must know what they're doing.

6/29/22 Literally no customers inside one car us through the drive-through and we're still waiting 30 minutes on our food why does it take forever and why are they so not friendly. Very poor customer service won't be back don't recommend

Good food at this local Carl's Jr. BUT so disappointed they stopped serving the biscuit and gravy that's why only 3 stars

The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. We waited for over 30 minutes in drive thru to get our food. Two times in a row I have stopped at different Carl's Jr and received very poor service. Makes me not want to stop there anymore.

Super nice, clean, and quiet restaurant. Food was really quick and the employee brought it to our table 🙂 perfect roadside stop

Great window service and well prepared food. Since I travel often along this route I will stop by. Thank you!
