First time staying here and we were not disappointed! We came down this year for the Oktoberfest and stayed in room 309 and from the newly renovated rooms, stunning views, and extremely helpful and friendly staff, everything was just amazing! Angie at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful as well. One of the main things that I look for in a hotel is customer service and Angie has excellent customer service! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Wildwood Crest and cannot wait to return next summer!
We stayed this weekend and Friday was a rain out,sat cold,Sunday we couldn't enjoy the nice weather, since we had to be back home early. Staff was wonderful, hotel was one the best ones we stayed at. Great location. We definitely will be coming down and staying again
Great stay. Very comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and SOFT towels! The room was beautiful, air was working well and I like that there was a dehumidifier in the room. Most beach hotel rooms have a musty smell, not Waikiki, very fresh. The pool area was very taken care of, my only con is the cushions on the pool lounge chairs. Id definitely stay here again.
Perfect little location for a quick weekend getaway during a soccer tournament in town. Front desk was friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and clean. Bonus! They have a great changing room with shower for after you check out of your room but still want to hit the beach. Side note: you need to bring a hairdryer.
Our room was clean but had a weird smell. We loved the location and the pool. The staff was nice. Our biggest complaint would be that there wasn't an inside door lock on top of the door. My nephew is an escape artist and kept running out. We are planning on returning for next year.
Came down for a night last minute, super clean, very reasonable, great location. Rooms are very spacious. The staff was super accommodating matching online prices and made sure we were in a nice room. Went to the restaurant for breakfast and it was quick service, great view and good food. Would def come back here.
I have been staying in different hotels at wildwood since 2000 and I have to tell you this hotel is amazing very clean. The workers are really nice. I’m staying again and referring friends and family. Thank you so much I be back before summer is over.
My wife and I just stay here for 5 nights in June and it was a great stay, except for the rain and wind. The first day we found our refrigerator wasn't working and with in 2 hours we had a new one, thank you very much. Nice place
Perfect location, right on the beach. What more could a person ask for?? Except for beautiful rooms. A great staff & lots of towels. The Waikiki has it all.
Rooms are clean and roomy with clean newer refrigerator. Bathroom nicely done. Great view of the beach and ocean from oceanfront room. Pool and cabanas were nice. Parking was tight but not that different from other hotels in the vicinity. Rooftop restaurant very convenient with great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Biggest negative is that the office closes between 11 pm and 9 am.
