Came up for vacation and wanted to try a local restaurant (I'm originally from NJ) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. I found my new spot to visit when I come home.

Dinner there 5 times in 3 weeks and all excellent. Great food and generous portions, wonderful service and a lively atmosphere. Dedicated parking or street parking. Terrific bar menu.. Thanks to Vince for demonstrating his stellar pitching windups in the TV sports lobby area! Mark

It’s Wednesday so that means I can get my favorite… chicken pot pie! For as big as the meal is and it comes with a soup or salad it’s a great price (10.99). The pot pie came out HOT and was super tasty! My waitress was very friendly and did check up on me a few times. Service was a little slow but the food made up for it. All in all I left full!

I work with a couple retired cops who served in the area. They recommend this place wholeheartedly. We ended up eating at the bar, because it was an hour wait for a table. No problems eating at the bar. Friendly staff, great drink selection, throwback vibe, sports on TV, and great food. Very reasonable prices! Best meal of the week we were in WW Crest.

Almost don’t want to post this because I don’t want competition for a table. :) It’s just fair to point out how consistently great this place is year after year. Get the steamed clams and some bread to dip it’s amazing. Great draft beer list and the people, owners and staff are always accommodating, sweet and friendly.

Really great food & drinks at a good price. Friendly staff, the atmosphere made me feel like I was in Philly at the beach. Their cheesesteaks taste the way they are supposed to taste. In Philly that's becoming more difficult. I had a great crabcake salad, my partner ordered the cheesesteak. I must give high marks for the crab 🦀 soup 🍲. It was hardly, fresh as if the cook spent all day making it. I would rate the food and drinks 10 out of 10

The Crest Tavern serves constantly good food over the years. It doesn't matter if it's the middle of the summer season or the middle of the off season. You will always get fresh, quality food.
We stopped in on a Friday for an early dinner in October and the place was crowded as usual.
Dinner of the broilded grouper with shrimp, and a side salad and veggie for me. The fish was a nice portion and well cooked.
The Crest is alway an enjoyable evening for dinner, appetizers, or just drinks.
