An excellent place for a quick bite. A large selection of different sandwiches, although next time I think I'll get extra meat since the sandwich I was a little light on the meat in relation to the amount of bread. The deviled eggs were also very good. Definitely have to go back to try other sandwhiches. Also keep in mind, this is a CASH ONLY restaurant.

I got the Hero Maxi double the meat no onions or tomatoes on wheat not heated. Mom had the Turkey Maxi on white also not heated. Excellent place to get some good sandwiches.

The Grinder is my favorite sandwich but they also make a delicious Hero, and the Pastrami is superb, with super-thin and delicious meat. Always fast and friendly service. I've been going to The Grinder Man locations for over 40 years, since I was a child. I'm very thankful that one location survives.

Best sandwich ever. I attempt to make them at home since I don’t live in Wichita anymore. Miss them every day. Support your locals and count your blessings. Big cities don’t have anything on home town shops.

There is a reason this local sandwich shop has been around for 51 years , great sandwichs (try the original grinder) and very good sides

Classic local sandwich shop. CASH ONLY but totally worth stopping by the ATM. Sandwiches served on either white or wheat bread and made either hot or cold. Can't go wrong here. I personally prefer the grinder made hot on wheat, but they are all good. Mondays after 5pm get discounts on Maxi (large) and Super (large with extra meat and toppings) sandwiches.

My first time here, came with my mom who grew up going there. Did not disappoint!! We both got the maxi grinder and the flavor was there.

Friendly staff and food was good. Bread seemed on the dry side from what I remember in the past- think more of an enriched bread. A Wichita great and will definitely be back. Cash only and limited hours so be sure to check before.
