Just plain nasty! Cashier takes orders touching money then bags food without washing hands. Manager walked outside to give out a order walks back in and continue to serve orders without washing hands. Disgusting! Dining room area very dirty!

Almoat gave them 4 stars cause food was fine with exception of hashbrown that had a wierd taste....But at least I got one this time. I had to come back for my hashbrown last time because the forgot to give it to me. Staff is always friendly though.

Always something wrong at this location. Closing 20 minutes early than advertised, bad customer service and relations, order mistakes n you name it. It's really hard for me to give a bad review but gosh they deserve it

Worst experience, when I ordered the attendant asked me with an attitude to speak louder, and when I repeated my order she screamed at me to calm down, didn't get my receipt when my order was ready they gave me small fries, I told her that I ordered a large meal she got really upset and correct my order with an attitude, after I started eating my lunch they were screaming at each other in the kitchen I don't think customers like to see or hear that.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE GET A DIFFERENT JOB

Went to this location and they have beyond the worst customer service. I was at the drive-thru and they couldn't take my mobile payment at the window so they asked me for my device so they can scan it in the front counter. I ended up going inside to make the payment and their parking lot is extremely dangerous to walk on. There's ice and they haven't cleaned it. When I asked the employee to let the manager know that is dangerous outside they all looked at me like I was crazy.

The food is decent. Use your discount from your receipts. You take a quick online survey and get a code for a free buy one get one sandwich.
The staff do not cover up their hair properly and the Long pony tails are exposed.
During my visit a female employee actually tore open the coffee bag with her teeth to make a new batch of coffee;😱 that is not hygienic esp. during covid.

2 cheeseburgers and large fry. 21 minute wait, and then, a small fry, in a large wrapper. Terrible. Don't waste your time here, drive another 5 minutes to a better location. And just so there is no mistake, this location is always bad.
