White Castle

I had ordered a 30 case from here. As i was eatting this wood stick poke the inside of my mouth. I immediately contacted them and they told me that it can be the bamboo stick they used on the onion. I understand things happened but practice here is very dangerous. if you want to worry about things been in your food I advise you not to eat here.

This White Castle has pretty great customer service in my few encounters with it. My kiddos love the waffles or mozzarella sticks and fried from time to time. They greet you properly again when you get to the window. They clearly do well to check your order. I’ve noticed that they are very consistent with how well the service is and that’s a huge plus in my book for a fast food chain. The manager is very engaged and I noted that twice on two separate occasions. The only very small gripe I have is that they don’t consistently add salt to your fries but I’m starting to think that may be something they’re implementing for health and safety purposes or are they just trying to save salt lol I don’t know but 4 stars for this White Castle because of their great service, they handle orders very well, they are literally living up to their fast food purpose. Location is a bit annoying as far as entering and exiting but they make up for lack in customer service and serving that food nice well cooked and fast. I’ve been during the morning, midday, evening, and Even late evening hours on different occasions so I can truly say they stay up to par.

First of all it's a White Castle so let's not get crazy here. Drive thru, ordered 12 bacon breakfast sandwiches on toast and two 10 piece cheese sticks. Sammys were very good and you can't go wrong with cheese sticks. Service was good and waited like 5 minutes. Had all the condiments in the bag. This location is one of my favorites in the area.
