Little Caesars

Ordered 2 pizzas and one was hard as a rock like it was sitting around and then heated up again and again. I was on fire Called to speak to manager to give her i piece of my mind. She heard it in my voice that I was really mad but instead of her making matters worse she right away deescalated the situation. 1 by Is apologizing for the inconvenience And also by letting me know that she believed me about the pizza that I didn't have to bring it back in, but if the store can make up to me by making my order again fresh out the oven when I get there and adding some bread sticks to it. Yes I Had to drive back to the store but because because of the manager Respecting customer service it wasn't a problem. Need more people like her ( Joey) in management and customer service.

There were many things about today's trip that I didn't like. One, I ordered through the app to pickup in the portal, yet my food wasn't done on time and I had to wait to in line to pick it up at the counter. A complete waste of time and pointless to have ordered ahead. Two, my food was overcooked. The crust on my pepperoni pizza was burnt (in the picture I attached may not show well that it was burnt since it was on the bottom and most of it was taken off before eating. )and the cheese was dry. The cheese in my stuffed bread sticks weren't even in the bread sticks themselves, which was also dry. Also, the container with sauce didn't even have much sauce in it. Third, the shape of my pepperoni pizza was off, smaller than normal and not even cut right (the picture I attached was to show the wierd shape and cut of it, mainly).

I don't really care for the pizza sauce but my family loves it. I was just in there a few days ago and was helped by Jeremiah, who definitely deserves a raise!! He was very kind, well spoken, and professional. I felt bad because they had a very rude customer ahead of me. The poor girl was new but she handled it like a champ. I wish I got her name but she was a rockstar in customer service as well.
