The Sweetspot Cafe

I ordered a May special wrap and it only had half of the ingredients in it… I was still charged full price.. and the food is already overpriced. The menu was misleading as well. The wrap said turkey but there was no turkey in the wrap… very inconsistent quality. Definitely not the sweet spot I used to know.. I also did not feel comfortable in the politically charged environment.. Restaurants should not put politics over their customers and quality. Coffee drinks are acceptable but still over priced. Food almost inedible.

I love the coffee and baked goods. The atmosphere is also great, but there are several loud noises that can make it a hard study spot. You'd think with all of the increases in prices (thanks to new owners) they could at least invest in a quiet blender and some pads for the bottom of the chairs (which have an incredibly loud screech that sound like the scrapping of a chalk board). The service is great, and of all the times I've been here, they've NEVER messed up an order!

This place sells coffee and other morning drinks. I have only had tea here but it is very good. They also sell food here and it looks very good. They have bakery here also when you come in, but it's limited to muffins and scones which isn't that bad. Overall this place is really good. If your a student at whitewater or visiting someone then I'd recommend coming here. It's great. It might be expensive but I also don't go to many coffee shops so who's to say.

*Cute cafe. Building downtown has an old fashion but classic feel with its restored structure and features. *Great atmosphere! Love the coffee and bakery goods. Great experience whether we sit and visit or have to take for the road. *Helpful for allergies or intolerant food concerns. *Small cafe style can cause order to take time but always worth the wait.
