Dunkin'

Awaiting a meeting, I was told that I was an hour early. Disappointed in my untimely zeal and rather than sit outside in my car, my coffee taste buds led me me to the freeway and a nice drive here. Service was orderly and friendly as I ordered my espresso cappuccino with French Vanilla. Took the scenic ride back around the lakefront. Took some photos along the way.

Generally good service, and the employees are helpful and efficient. However, maybe don't order a holiday drink or snack the day they drop, because management apparently doesn't bother to show their employees where things are, so they can continue to do a great job. Still better than Starbucks for price and speed. #unionize

I also wished to give this location a 0 star possible. Terrible disrespectful co workers had nothing better but screw around and do stuff at their wish. The manager was so thrash and unfriendly to cooperate with and cared even less about the behavior of her employees.. An employee named Thomas was a terrible piece of shii and not a good person to even be around to get trained by. Only 2 people including that one sweet girl named Ariel were good influences. Those other couples that also owned the place were way cooler and friendly but I couldnt work with them sadly. This will be the worst job experience of my life.

I mean the coffee is decent but almost everytime I get a food item, they never tell me when they are out so they just give me something random. It would be fine if they asked me to pick something instead, but they don’t even say anything. They hand me a bag and say “this is your order.” I get home and it’s not what I ordered. This has happened multiple times with this location. They never ask if I want a refund or anything.
