Parking can be a little challenging at times, but I like the fact that this location does not have a drive-thru so I can go in and actually interact with the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming.

This location has improved a lot over the last couple of years. They've always had nice employees but they used to mess up orders a lot. They've been really good about that lately.

I had a great drink! When I went up to order 4 cakepops, the barista, Joshy, was rude. He said, "Do you want to take a second to get your life together" in a rude tone. I will not be coming back. How was this man barista of the week.

Overpriced, over roasted coffee the rest of the world seems to like with the exception of myself.. one may get a very reasonably priced cake pop..

THEY NEED A BETTER SYSTEM AND AREA FOR MOBILE ORDER PICKUP.
They work hard and are nice. But, twice my order was marked as ready and was not ready over 20 minutes after order. I suspect someone else took my order. Perhaps a larger counter or an alphabetical/numerical system. Billion dollar company can figure it out.

This our first time in this location I ordered Salted Caramel Mocha, was delicious, but my partner ordered a Capuccino and there is the problem the flavor was nasty, unsweet, unflavor, we repeat a bad experience with the cashier...she's only do her job without take care about customer service...When the coffee was ready the server never say anything about it, just put the coffee and back to work, looks simple and almost null customer service...I DON'T RECOMMENDED back soon
