Montecristo Lounge At Jr Ciga

Nice atmosphere it's probably the most of all the MC lounges Ive been which is all minus TX, MI and PR. It was closing so I didn't get to see all. But the humidity was sized well. I was large like Permaus /Mooresville with a great selection. I prefer lounges with a bar. This has that in the front and appeared to be nice but I'll try later. Even thought my time was limited this place to me rates a return visit.

Always a great rest stop.when on the road and needing a place . . . To think this cigar was the giveaway to go with my late lunch salad. Wonderful perk of dining at the bar ...

Great place to purchase amazing cigars, chats with fellow cigar smokers over cappuccino and/or a nice lunch. The lounge is super spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it. 👍🏼

Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite places to go to near my house. I rate this a 4 start for a reason. This place is great, I love to stop by sit at the bar have a cigar, come by Saturday night and have some shrimp cocktail and some wine and from time to time I stop by and get a box of cigars. Great place to sit down and have a smoke, no questions about it. The bar is another great experience the food is good and the bartenders are awesome! I have a little issue with some of the sellers in the cigar room, some of them are not as helpful as they should be, there are some great ones, but there are others that are not so nice, the need to go and read "Ravin Fans" they need to start thinking more about the customers' experience... Some of these guys do not care and it is a shame because they are young sellers, and they act as if the customer is there to bother and waste their time. Whoever the manager is needs to evaluate the young sellers in the cigar room; the female and the old guys are great, but the young fellas need to start thinking as if this place were own by them and they need to focus on customer service, a true seller welcomes and engage the client instead of shouting from far away - they need to start treating the costumers right. I walked into the store yesterday to pick up a box of cigars and the time was 8:55 P.M. the lights were off and I was told (not in a bad manner) we are close sir, I didn't argued and I left. But it is clearly posted on the door we close at 9P.M. so what am I missing here? That goes on to tell you how much they care about the customer and trust me these guys knows my face; I am a regulars smoker here; I can't even imagine how they treat their not so regular customers. Again, this place is great and there are great people working here the bar and the dining area super nice, the place is clean, plenty of parking, outside sitting area is awesome as well. You can have a great experience here!

Today I had another relaxing day at the Montecristo Lounge. Kudos to Michael who has continued to upgrade the customer experience with proactive customer interaction as well as continuing to provide a great and diverse selection on the menu. Today I had the Shrimp & Lobster Roll which was delicious ! Additionally I would be remiss if I didn't mention Felix who provides great service and insight in the humidor section when purchasing cigars as well as just interacting with all of us in the lounge and bar to make us feel like family. Finally, the service at the bar is second to none with Coney & Diana providing attentive and superior service and making the time spent with them friendly and comfortable. As a member of Montecristo with a locker for my cigars I will be spending more time at the bar to experience their superior customer service. I truly appreciate the relaxing environment when I need to relax and unwind. My grateful thanks to you all !
