A true West Virginia original. It may be the only pizza like it anywhere. They have pizza either with pepperoni or without-that's it. It is take out only and it is curbside delivery only. ORDER AHEAD. The crust is deliciously crispy. Be sure to order a bag of freshly grated buffalo mozzarella cheese to add to your pizza. People come from all points of the tri-state area (and beyond) for Patsy's Pizza. They have ONE great product. The place is ALWAYS extremely busy. It looks like a beehive. If your going thru Wheeling on I-70, be smart, do yourself a favor, get Patsy's Pizza. fyi . . . at the time of this review the original Patsy is still alive, approaching 90 and still the King of West Virginia Pizza! PS: It is rumored that in 2022 Robert Downey Jr while filming in Pittsburgh PA had the film's catering service go get and bring back Patsy's Pizza to film shoot location. Allegedly. 🎥

Okay some people say man i want some good pizza well here u go people pasty on national rd. Wheeling you can call in order pick up crib side or just pull up in the lot sit in the car an a person will walk out to you take your order then they bring it to you even if its raining dont worry they got you pizza is always good but if u dont like sauce make sure u say light on the sauce... But something i love is almost everytime you get a extra piece as long as you order more then five ;)

So so good. This is a special place for pizza. Each part of the pizza is perfected. Amazing crunch to the crust, perfect fresh sauce, and the cheese is added at the end, provolone which melts slowly. I suggest making a stop here and eating right out of the box in the parking lot. You can order cheese only or pepperoni. Simple and amazing.
