Mcdonald's

I ordered for 10 piece chicken nuggets and they gave only 4 pieces in it with two open sauces. This is worst staff I have ever seen. I waited almost 45 mins to get my mobile order. Half the order was ignored I need to follow up on each and every item. The manager is trying his best to cover for them by doing their job instead of making them do it. They simply enjoy playing instead of taking care of customers. They simply seem to be like a bunch of immature kids with lack of training and restraints to server customers on top priority. The tables are not cleaned. Trays left over on couple of tables. If I visited during the prime hours I could understand but this was scenario @5PM. It’s an Unhygienic large space, plenty of sauces boxes/packets underneath their working tables. I have even observed their system’s doesn’t work so well. They went off with out providing the required data. Overall worst place to visit to spend your valuable time.

Horrible!! Went in with my family we order at the kiosk after the order was placed and they received it in the back I can here all the girls working yelling about my order "omg why did they order that do they really need that why did they order so much they must be fat" then they look over at myself and family and start laughing my youngest asked me why were they calling us fat? Like really if your going to run your mouth you should probably make sure the customers don't hear you on top of that the food was disgusting fries were cold and soggy nuggets were hard and cold and none of the sandwiches were made correctly ....like seriously do better

Last few times we came here, we are trying to order and the woman asks us “anything else?” After my fiancé ordered one thing and he started talking and they interrupt him and tell him to go to the window. The last time, I raised my voice since they clearly can’t hear well and the woman had a full on attitude. We didn’t even go through with our order because of how rushed and disgusted we felt.

They need to do away with the double drive thru lane if they can't take orders from both. Sat in the outside lane waiting to place an order while 4 other cars were waited on while in the inside lane. Finally get to place my order and the lady was less than happy to be working today. Never asked if I wanted to use the app or needed anything else whatever happened to upselling?? Got to the window didnt get a hello or how are you just my total and when i asked for my receipt she rolled her eyes at me. The only bright spot was the young man handing the food and drinks out of the window he said hello and told me to have a nice day. Not sure why there is always problems at this store i have been stopping at St Clairsville and they can work both lanes and be pleasant.

Well first of all the crew member that took my order messed it all up and charged me for things I didn't ask for and since I had to make another order cause the first time didn't get the stuff I asked for and the second time it happens again they. Over charge me for things I didn't order and I had to repay I am so dispointed in this macdonald's it wasn't worth fries were cold and it was 12:30 pm I will never go back such poor service
