Ruby Tuesday

My daughter ate her 4 chicken tenders and was starting on her mashed potatoes when she vomited her food back onto her plate. After taking my daughter to the bathroom to clean her up I asked for my check. Not only was the chicken tender’s meal still on the ticket, I was being charged for a large when I received a meal that can only be categorized as small. I pointed this out to the server, he spoke with the manager and nothing on my ticket changed. The excuse I was given wasn’t accurate (I was told money was taken off) but that wasn’t accurate. Frankly I was surprised that I was still being asked to pay for her meal. I paid the ticket in full and left.

I was an employee here and I can say, the place is dirty. While working there, mice would run across the floor at night and hide under/inside the booths. This happened with me on two separate occasions. There were times when roaches would be on the table and booths causing multiple people to get their money back for their food. The managers only care about their reputation and if you want a free meal, simply ask for the managers name and threaten to call corporate. I had a manager steal from me; curse and yell at me in front of customers for someone else's mistake, along with actually physically slapping my hand away. The employees (at least while I worked there) did not wash their hands after handing dirty dishes, only to touch food. The dishes were often dirty and the ramekins that the condiments would go in would still have gunk in them. Only to be used... Still dirty. Honestly, the food was okay, but like I said... Dirty. The chips are left out, often not covered, where flys would land on them all day and night long. Mind you all, this was my experience between June, 2014 and August, 2014; therefore, it may be different now. But, I doubt it. I have tried contact people about the behaviors at filth at this restaurant and yet, no response. I just worn you that the place is nasty. ^ Based on my experience over my two month employment.

Very unprofessional, I ordered a Caesar salad and was told after thinking my food was arriving that there was no Caesar dressing. I attempted a take out order and called ahead explaining ahead of time that I had a coupon. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I disconnected the call and called back only to have the phone ring multiple times and be picked up and hung up in my ear.

When I arrived here there wasn't anyone to greet and seat my guest and I. When someone arrived they were so nonchalant. The table wasn't well cleaned and the waiter was no where to be found when needed. When I got my food there was literally no fries the waiter said " I owe you some more fries" that makes no sense! The over all service sucked. I will never go to another Ruby Tuedsays.

The service was TERRIBLE and the food wasn't much better. When you ask a server for advice on a entree and they say "it's really greesey and unpleasant" you cannot expect much after that. Our server seemed like he came out of space, he didn't have a clue what was going on. I'm not sure why this location is still open especially after reading the reviews about roaches.
