My family was at Emmett’s yesterday for lunch after a funeral. On what was a stressful day, the staff treated us beautifully and made the entire day better. We booked the lower level; it was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy some time together.
The food and service were excellent; manager Meghan was great to work with, and our server Billy couldn’t have done a better job. He was very responsive to requests and treated the adults and children with kindness and humor. A wonderful experience all around!
Love this place! Had their Imperial Stout and damn was it tasty. Buddy asked for a Bud Light which they didn't carry but our server recommend trying there version of a lager. He enjoyed it. We had the chips with blue cheese and they were great. I had there soup of the day and my buddy had the cheddar beer soup. He said it was fantastic. Server kept coming back to check to see if we needed another beer. My buddy and I were putting them back. Will be back!

Special Cajun chicken dish had delicious pasta but the chicken was not very good.
There is free parking downtown. Check the parking lot behind if can’t find any on the streets. Overall we would go back here.
- Food is good with good portions. (I had the angus burger with cole slaw.)
- Sweet potato fries were awesome as they don’t have too sweet of a taste to them.
- I had their standard flight of beers, which are all pretty tasty.
- Service is good.
- THEY HAVE A SEPARATE GLUTEN FREE MENU. They have gluten free buns for your burger.
Wow, downtown Wheaton is nice. This place has several in-house brews and a. extensive menu. We sampled the nachos, tostadas, and pasta.. excellent
Great service
Our server was so attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was quite inviting. The burger patties were pretty good but the toppings were fantastic, especially the bacon. I'm pretty picky with my beer, so I thought the ones I tried were okay. However, if you like subtle flavor you might enjoy them more. I'll definitely be back at some point.
Nice cold locally brewed beer "World's End". Yum!
Enjoyed a couple beers here after dinner. Decent selection. Ladies had a cocktail and I'd recommend sticking to beer. Cheers!
This location is my favorite! It's so cool inside. The drinks are amazing. The bartender was so cool and personable. We talked to him for a good 30 min. Super friendly place and will definitely come back.
Recently dined at Emmett's. For a starter, we had the walleye bites with a tingly sciracha sauce that perfectly complemented them. I had the crab cake and a house salad for dinner. The crab cake was tasty and a good size, although I didn't realize it would be breaded and fried. The house salad greens were crispy and fresh and included a variety of veggies with blue cheese dressing on the side. A great experience!
Larry and I went to Emmett's Wed evening before Thanksgiving. We called and Mike was courteous and helped us make our reservations. The band Vital Signs are friends of ours and we wanted to be sure to have a good seat to see them. The food was wonderful. Our waiter Aaron was gracious, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We love the ambiance of the place. We had a great time. Recommend it to anyone. Thanks for being there. Christine and Larry
Great food and beer. Love the atmosphere in the restaurant - classy but not pretentious. I've been to this location as well as their Downers Grove location and have been pleased with my experiences.
