Mcdonald's

There is a young redhead lady with big eyes working there. She has to be one the rudest POS I have ever seen working in a restaurant. Older person asked about a breakfast item. This crackhead behind the register just begin belittling her. If that had been my mother this employee would have gotten put in her place. She treated her like she was a child. All while standing directly in front of a sign posted at each register that says they're shorthand and we should remember to be kind. Maybe they need to read that sign themselves. Manager that waited on me was nice but wouldn't honor the app deal because she had to see it. The app was down. Wouldn't allow me to sign in. It's a common problem with app. Check the reviews on it. Order was incorrect and missing items. Store was dirty. Every table had trash and food bits on them.

I should have known to leave the drive thru when I saw this was owned by Patricia Foster. She owns the one closest to my house and it is terrible too. The person taking the order was so awesome. The person giving the orders was incredibly rude. She shoves the food out the window without saying anything. When we say thank you and have good day, she sarcastically says yeah while slamming the window. The nuggets were chewy and luke warm. We couldn't even eat them. My husband's McDouble was so messy that ketchup was dripping off the wrapper, not to mention he had to assemble it back into a burger shape. The only good thing besides the one super awesome employee taking orders is that the fries were hot and crispy. That never happens at their other location. If I ever see a McDonalds owned by the Foster family again, I'm out. I'm better off anywhere else.

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and no onions through door dash. I was given a cheeseburger with no pickles and so many onions I can't even pick them off. I called the store to see if I could bring the sandwich to them and exchange it for the correct sandwich, but no one answered. Instead, after several rings, I was greeted by an ear-piercing beeping noise. Door dash gave me a partial refund but the store should replace the whole burger as it is inedible.
