Despite being short staffed, they manage to have great customer service. I went through the drive through with my dog and the kind employee at the window offered him a pup cup even though she was clearly busy. I told her it was his birthday and she went above and beyond to give him a special treat. Great job!

This Donut SMACKED! I’m not even sure what flavor this Pink Sugar Donut is but it truly was Delicious. I screamed in the care and got in trouble cause the dude I’m seeing doesn’t like how loud I get but I couldn’t help it, this donut was bomb.com 👏🏼!! Only trust certain Donuts. This Donut came from the Squirrel Hill location. Not sure how #LGBTQIA friendly this place is but I stopped and had a great time so it’s at least a 3 out of 5 for that !! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Horrible experience. I ordered food at this location and got food poisoning. I got sick and started having food poisoning symptoms after having donuts and coffee at this location. I’ve never felt so sick and have been feeling sick ever since I ate here. Staff was super rude as well. Cashier at the drive through window kept rolling her eyes. Wont be returning to Dunkin again and i definitely do not suggest this location.

A great place for a treat. Kids like the chocolate donut holes, wife likes the frozen matcha latte. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Please be very careful getting in and out of their parking lot. While we were here on our last visit, there was an accident where someone pulled out on to Perry highway and immediately had their car totaled.

Please be aware that this particular location does not answer their phone consistently. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the afternoon to place an order and no one answered. By the time I got through at 5 PM, I was told it was too late in the day to place an order for the next morning. I explained that no one answered the phone when I tried to call throughout the afternoon. She said they are understaffed. I understand that completely. However, when I asked if she could let the morning shift know that someone was going to be coming through for a big order in the morning, she told me no, they don’t take orders this late in the day. I was only trying to help relieve the stress and not hold up their lines in the morning. Very poor customer service. I immediately called the store in Robinson and they took my order without issue.

I was here multiple times. I enjoyed the tasteful, flavorful, wonderful experience that these donuts brought to me. The job of a professional reviewer is difficult in many ways. My negative reviews have impacted many businesses in my 38 years of life. I've dissected frogs, ate disgusting food, come in view of nasty scented candles, but this place is by far the best place (dessert-wise) i've ever been to. I, Jennifer Clegg, write this review for the employees working here, the manager working here, the donuts, the coffee, the millions of daily customers at this establishment, and the owner of this business. Thank you for bringing me a taste extravaganza. I will be here the morning of October 13, hungry for more.
