Starbucks

First off there was no line to start no one announced my drinks were done. I go to pick up my cups and my hands get covered in chocolate and caramel syrup. Since the sink was right next to me I attempted to use it and the woman snapped And said don’t touch that… I said don’t speak to me in that disrespectful way. She said that’s not your sink. NOTE the sink didn’t say employees only at least not that I could see. I’m like if you did your job correctly and not left a nasty mess on the outside of the cups I wouldn’t have too. It would be more excusable if it was busy or extremely busy but it was not. By the way this was not the first time! Do they really think that customers want to pick up cups with nasty stickiness on the cups and then have to go wash their hands and clean the cups off???? I mean is this appropriate they seem to think it is! I will never patronize this place again trust and believe. If the owner of this location is smart they will reassess and evaluate these employees and the way they treat customers.
