The Worst - Don’t Waste Your Time It was Sunday at 10:35 AM when I arrived at Evas. When I travel I prefer to eat at local restaurants versus chains. Although the outside looked a bit rough I decided to give it a try. As I entered and waited to be seated, I was greeted by a lady in a very stern tone saying we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. I said no problem I can try lunch. She immediately responded saying that will not be served until 11 or later. I said so what you are saying is you are not serving anyone any food for the next 30 minutes or more she said that’s right. You can come back later she said. Needless to say I left and went elsewhere

Good food and prices but the way they treat their staff in front of customers makes you wonder what they suffer behind the scenes. It's a shame because they have some of the best wait staff and best breakfast for the price in Westminster but it's ruined by the management's behavior and attitude.. don't recommend that drama for a family friendly weekend breakfast. A bit more of a drive into Seneca gives more options and happier staff.

What a delightful find this was!! Although Google maps had the hours wrong, we arrived just before closing time on a Monday. The interior was that of a homey, local restaurant, with open seating. We chose a cozy table by the fireplace. I enjoyed reading the inspirational signs that graced the walls all over the restaurant. I ordered the 3 eggs plate with sausage links and grits. My fiance ordered the country ham omelet. Both yummy breakfasts were served hot and fast, and exactly as we ordered them. Every employee who interacted with us was very friendly, including the owner, who came to check on us, and gave us delicious, hot, and fresh cinnamon rolls after our meals. If you are passing through some morning, make this a stop along the way. If you are local, you probably already know how amazing this place is. Eva's was certainly a highlight on our road trip.
