Chili's

The chicken in the Chicken Fajitas was uncooked! Did NOT taste or look like it was grilled! Tasted 2 pieces of it, and it tasted rubbery like it was warmed up in a bag in a microwave and just added on top of the veggies. The Guac is by request now. Even after requesting it, it didn’t come on the boat serving dish. Bad taste and an unpleasant experience. I didn’t eat my meal besides the rice and a bit of the beans! The tomato pico wasn’t fresh. From reading other recent reviews, it seems the quality of the food is getting worst. Family dinner was ruined.

Ordered to go and the wait time and delivery was good but the food was gross. I couldn’t even eat it because I don’t want to get sick from it. The meat was raw and the chicken was red from the meat bleeding onto it. It’s disgusting. I’ve been to other locations and never had this issue just this location. Will never ever go back!

The food was good. But the best was the service! Malissa was very attentive & so was David. You made our night just by being the amazing people you are! Always asking what we needed, making sure we were okay, etc… thank you! You were so on top of it both of you! I hope chilis knows what true gems they have! Thank you again! ♥️

89%-ish of our food was disgusting! The entire triple side dish was told, old and made wrong. The person who ordered it, has ordered this item several time, but NOT from this restaurant. She has stated that she will NEVER order from this company again! Nothing was right and food quality was nauseating, just to l9ok at it. Order something else islnstead.

Waitress was seemingly nice. However, she took our order by memory. Impressive right... so between the order from me to her to cook, we'll I rec'd wrong order. No problem I'll just flag her down and correct it. EXCEPT NO ONE NOT ONE WAITRESS WAS ON THE FLOOR. I waited a few minutes, got up walked my plate towards the kitchen area, asked for our waitress and another waitress handled the issue. Rec'd what you can view in picture. Hardly any turkey, put together hastily. They did "comp" my lunch order. I appreciate, except maybe y'all could keep a waitress on floor just kinda walking around when customers need more water, napkins etc... we also ordered an add on dessert, which both waitress and I forgot at end of meal. Also, bathroom was beyond needing attention. Can't believe a grown lady would leave a bathroom in that way... other than that we will for sure come again, I think maybe just an off day. Like I said waitress was nice, I did tip accordingly.

I have not been to a chili's in a very long time. This one was a regular choice of mine many years ago, and even with that much time between visits it was still amazing. Food was cooked the way I ordered it. Attentive Waitress with a great personality. Wish I could remember her name.. I'd call her out as a top tier employee. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is the weird robot thing that took me and my date to our table. I fail to see what is being accomplished by a robot that is programed by a person to take me to a table when the person I talked to could have easily done the same thing. I definitely dislike the whole automated idea.

For someone who used to work there as a host, Togo, and server. I can honestly say this place, chilis In general, has really lost taste in hospitality. From the food quality to the way they handle their food. The Togo person specifically at Westminster location not n.west, although the one at n.west just wasn't up to what I'd expect, just lazy. It was just Careless and I'm super disappointed. House salad was half of what it used to be and warm instead of cold. Soup was poorly put together,as in Togo you are supposed to fill the bowl container, and have the tortilla strips in a separate one. Hamburger meat was pink when supposed to be cooked thoroughly. Turkey club, couldn't even change the breading, when they used to do it all the time. Really just down hill...
