I had a not so greasy nicely cooked pizza pie perfection at it's best

I order a lot from this Pizza Hut location and this is the first time they really screwed up my order. This was supposed to be 3 separate personal pan pizzas but they came to my door like this.

Almost every time I come to this location there is a problem. They get my order wrong, they take WAY longer than needed, they don't answer the phone, they don't acknowledge the sales that are advertised in the commercials or sometimes several of the above. I will not be back to this location.

What would I expect when going in2 a pizza place that delivers. Yes clean smells of pizza & orderly.

On February 24th my family was having a dinner and this was one of three pizzas I was delivered. Not only was it 2 1/2 hours late and cold but this is a cheese pizza. Disgusting! I worked at a pizza place before and this would NEVER GET BOXED AND SENT OUT!!!! I called to complain and the night manager was rude and blamed me for it. Probably someone who shouldn’t be working there anymore. So I decided to reach out to corporate and was told a regional manger would contact me. Never happened.. so here I sit with nothing done to solve this problem. I will never order from here again!

The so called manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered i will NEVER do business here again!!!! It does not deserve even one star this so called "manager" needs to be fired!!! I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service!! Yes this Pizza Hut 7820 Sheridan Blvd. Delivered to our Apartment twice we called to order again and we were told they do not deliver to our apartment. We explained to them they delivered twice before. They refused to take our order. So I believe they don’t like money. The way the world is flipped upside down now is when we need these so called essential workers. If they don’t want to work they are no longer essential.
