Garlic Knot

We order pizza from here for my staff constantly. They failed to provide me with a receipt so I can balance my work petty cash card with Wells Fargo. Even after calling to request a receipt be emailed to me they failed to provide me with one. It has been several days now and I am still waiting on proof of purchase. Also, they are short staffed so all calls are going to a call center. It took over 10 minutes for the incompetent lady to place my order for 3 large pizzas and 20 garlic knots. The request for plates, ranch and extra sauce for knots was not followed through on delivery. I understand that times are hard with the pandemic as no one wants to actually work for minimum wage. We are experiencing the same thing in our industry. However, it is the managers job at the store to do damage control when there are problems. Providing a receipt to a customer so they know what they were charged for is a standard practice and should not be blown off. Will be ordering pizza from another supplier here on out. So disappointed as the food is good but I prefer to do business with someone who takes customer satisfaction seriously. Especially when they are shelling out hundreds of dollars on pizza a month.

I’m really not sure why this place has lower than four stars. I definitely think they are a solid 4.5 to 5.0. The marinara has good flavor, the pizza is really good and the prices are decent as well. I also really appreciate that they sell pizza by the slice with their slice/salad specials. It says that they care about their customers who don’t want to eat a whole pizza because it’s a lot more work to make a slice for someone. Thanks for dinner. :)

We were in Denver for work, and just wanted pizza after a long day. Luckily we found this place! The pizza was very very good! We did a regular cheese and a grandma's cheese. The dough was soft and chewy with the right amount of sauce. Like garlic? Go with the grandma's, you can definitely taste it. They even delivered to our hotel

While traveling, I ordered a Pizza and their Garlic knots on a very busy night. The staff was extremely courteous and clear with the expectations. It was a long delivery time, but I was OK to wait. The food arrived, and the Pizza was excellent. The Garlic Knots were the best I have had - such great garlic flavor that I had to brush my teeth after I got tired of the potent garlic taste (which I totally love). Great food - can recommend.

If I could give you zero stars I’d give zero stars! Don’t order from these people, their customer service sucks ordered a cheese pizza to feed my family! It came in the size of a personal pizza. I called to get it fixed or talk about it and the man was just straight up, it’s not supposed to be on the menu and will be taken down in 1 month, like what??? Because it’s on the menu with no price or size. When I asked the man what is he going to do for me and my family today. I spent $21.50 on a personal pizza this isn’t enough. It was quite and said no, btw I spent $60 got a Personal size cheese pizza an 18 inch pizza. Never order this place again.
