Wendy's

After going to two Taco Bell’s and a different Wendy’s on Polaris prkwy, this place was actually open with people working! It was 12:12am, they were open until 1am. The food turned out great too and the staff was really nice. Everything was fresh my wife ordered food too but ate before I could snap a photo lol. She’s happy with it too :) I ordered a bacon cheddar cheeseburger combo, and my wife ordered a grilled chicken combo with extra sauce, and the extra sauce was actually there. 🙌 This is a Saturday night, not sure the hours any other time but the other fast food places I went to either didn’t have enough staff to take my order or was only accepting doordash for the same reason. I went from very upset to happy and grateful that I was able to bring food back to my wife, thanks to this location actually having staff. Fully recommend. Five stars.

This was easily the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I literally stuck to the floor at my table. Every table was dirty in the dining room and we had to clean a table just to sit down to eat. The restrooms had overflowing paper towels and were filthy. The cookie case was littered with finger prints and there were flies. Absolutely horrible!

1st time in this location and it'll be my last time. Upon going in everything seemed cool until my family went to the restroom. There was only 1 stall available for use due to paper towels being stuck in the other stall. When we were able to use the available we realized they were completely out of toilet paper & had a stack of paper towels on the toilet paper dispenser for all to use to wipe themselves. Next, the soap dispenser was a hit and miss on dispensing soap. Lastly, we went to order food. I used a gift card after it showed approved the lady handed me my cups & she along with her trainee walked off to get my food. As they did that I went to get my drink. While doin so I was told my food was ready. I sent my children to get the food, only to have the lady to ye across the restaurant hey you still owe me money. I turned around puzzled because I was under the impression the gift card covered it all. I just brush it off like ok I'll just use another form of payment to cover the balance. We sot down to eat our food only to notice none of our sandwiches had cheese. So I go ask about why this was. Only for the lady to try to make it fault with the way I ordered, but I corrected her that it wasn't. Then she said, "oh well we ran out of American cheese we only have pepper jack & Asiago cheese." Im like why wasn't I informed of this before or during my ordering. She just steered at me & I just felt myself really about to go off. So I just packed up my children and left. Smh

Consistently the worst Wendy's experience. Perpetually fills drive thru orders incorrectly. Exceptionally poor customer service. 4/17/2022 - Last Straw Me - 'May I have three 4 for 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger meals?' Drive Thru - 'We don't do that anymore.' Me - 'You don't offer the JBC 4 for 4 meal on the menu in front of me?' Drive Thru - 'No' I pull away without another word and drive to the Wendy's at the intersection of State and Schrock. Order three 4 for 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Meals without any issue. I have expressed my concerns to Wendy's customer service about this particular restaurant twice in the past. No response has ever been received. It appears that only this particular restaurant has issues with maintaining brand standards.
