Horrible!!! I have been trying to give them chance after chance but after today I’m done!! I ordered a make it yourself omelette, with American cheese, diced ham, spinach and mushrooms…and this is what they gave me. A egg with no cheese, and just threw the toppings inside with even cooking or cutting them into diced pieces. Just lazy. Whoever the cook is this morning should be fire! I called and complained, the manager just said ok I got you, I said got what? He said I’ll refund you..without even asking if I wanted to reorder or anything. Then just hung up. No confirmation on the refund amount or anything. Drove back up there to get a receipt of the refund so I can feel more secure. But smh never going to this one again! Just lazy and unprofessional.

The last couple times we have ordered from their website to be delivered they always screw up. We got salads but they didn’t send any dressing. That’s two times now that we’ve ordered and not go dressing. It’s extremely frustrating. They also didn’t provide plastic wear. I know places are short staffed but take a breath and double check bags. I would rather my order be late with all contents than early and missing important pieces.

The food was terrible. The pancakes were oozing with way to much strawberries and glaze. They were actually mushy. The eggs that I ordered were supposed to be over medium, but instead they were sunny side up, which I hated all the runny yoke. The only reason I didn't have the waitress take it all back is because they were short if staff and I didn't want to wait any longer than I already had. The service was good but the food was totally unacceptable. BLAH
