It's great food and coffee. There are great sandwiches and donuts as well as pumpkin spice lattes.

Iced caramel latte was very good as well. Tasted like coffee and caramel versus flavored sugar drink other chains usually provide.

Best of the best I ever had in my life,I first fell in love with their franchise in Canada and now I'm truly happy their is a Tim Hortons on long Island it's a small place located inside the gas station.
The staff is really nice here. They are very eager and friendly. This place has great donuts! I loved all the strawberry frosted donuts and the maple frosted ones too. All the snacks are pretty good.
Handicap accessibility is great. Very easy. Someone is always willing to hold the door open for you and assist you the best they can.
Service was quick and easy. Stuffs were nice and coffee was better than Dunkin donuts.
I really really really want to love this place, because the service here is great. There's just one issue: they don't know how to make Ice Caps 😔. I tried this location a couple of years ago, ended up with a really bland drink. I figured it must be something with the US locations of Tim Horton's.I tried other locations in NY and they were SPOT ON with their Ice Caps. I figured that the US locations are finally getting their act together. I decided to try this location again, since it's close to home and I don't have to pay tolls to get to. Drink was way off again, asked for a modification, which they greatly accommodated, but still not the same. PLEASE LEARN TO DO THIS INFAMOUS DRINK! I've resorted to paying tolls to get this drink from other locations, if you guys get it right, I would be a frequent visitor. 👍🏽
Food snacks drinks always awesome. The morning crew seems very nice. Im not in the area at night! I only had one small dissappointment this past weds. morning when there was barely a thin piece of ham, a lot more egg and the same amount or less of cheese on my ham egg and cheese croissant. Other than that, they're great!
I think their donuts are tastier then Dunkin Donuts. This Tim Horton's is in a gas station and is simply carry-out. The coffee is good.
Clean friendly people serving fresh donuts, muffins and pastries. Fabulous coffee. I was impressed while online to see the employees all busy working.
My son was stranded, phone died in rain storm and they helped him. I'm very grateful for the kindness of the staff. Thank you so much for looking out for my son👍. Also good ice tea.
