I’m a vegetarian and have always loved both their fried and fresh veggie spring rolls. I ordered the veggie dumplings today only to bite into them and find chicken (maybe pork?). Extremely disappointed and I wish their menu was more specific :(

Love the food at Bamboo Bistro, but the customer service is going downhill! Maybe it's just a learning curve for the new waitress?! I have been left "on hold" for 10+ min one day- I completely understand that things get busy, but I am not sure that was the reason.. The second example, my family went in to eat and we were left sitting at our table for an additional 20 after we finished eating- and the table was cleared, waiting to get the check. We were one of two tables in the place- so again being busy wasn't the reason this happened. The last chance was earlier this week I ordered lunch to go and part of it was left out of the bag... and no utensils. I will give it a month and try them again, because the food it really good.
Welp I waited 4 weeks and went there for lunch, their service was outstanding, and their food was exactly the same- great! Please Bamboo Bistro stay this way!

Not a bad place to eat. The qual eggs were good, done in a cast iron pan. Had ordered the Pad Thai, Beef and it was good. Well priced and great service. Appetizers were dumplings, made in house with a good presentation.

My first time here. I had combo beef Pho that was excellant. Beef, meat ball were good and broth was the best. Good price and good service. I absolutely stop here everytime I go to Westbrook.

Drove past this place several times and decided to stop by and ordered some pad thai today. Ordered chicken pad thai and it was phenomenal! Plenty of sauce and tasteful. Probably the best pad thai in the area. My wife got chicken drunken noodles and she said it was delicious. Would definitely order from you guys again :)

Perfectly prepared Thai food! The pad thai was flavorful with fresh ingredients and the brussels sprouts are worth ordering. My kids love the pho and it is especially delicious here. Can’t wait to order again!

The food here is so delicious! Great pad Thai, excellent pho, and my all time favorite dish from any take out style place is their “soft lo mien”!
