I ordered the bacon avocado toast and kindly asked if they can do the bacon crispy; the guy said yes. When I got my bacon avocado toast the bacon looked raw, and I went back asked this other cashier and he said no, nothing he can do. (Other stores do have crispy bacon) if he were to crispy the bacon it would burn he said. So my boyfriend went back to ask for the crispy bacon and the man wanted nothing to do with it. Just told him he would refund him. I’m not sure why he was like that with both of us (only people of color) but it felt like we were discriminated because he was kind to everyone else but us. If you’re a person of color stay away from thus dunkin.

Fail!!! Employee was applying lipstick while preparing food... Not before, not after, during... That is the most common way disease is spread. Ordered 2 Large Coffees w/ Cream... One had cream, one had sugar, both with incorrect labeling... Disgusting...

Coffee tasted like Water, they didn't put in the flavor nor do they put in the coffee disappointed completely! The person taking the order had to repeat my order three times before they turned away from me and walked away and then gave me the wrong thing anyway!

Terrible experience. Tried to order just an English muffin and a sausage, teller mis understood and manager got frustrated. Definitely a language barrier issue. Coffee was not made right and manager made me wait back in line to buy jelly only to find out there is no way to just buy jelly. I suggest skipping this dunkin and opting for another one. Worst dunkin experience ever.

Hours listed says this location opens at 5. Even the sign at the counter says 5. The woman readying the counter at 5:30 wouldn’t even look up when we said “excuse me” to politely ask when they’d be opening. She finally huffily answered another gentleman just to say they were closed. Rude.
