Chick-fil-a

My family and i love chickfile anywhere, any city any state. We found them first in Florida, we are in MASSACHUSETTS and still love our chickfile. Customer service is great. The manager is so humble he serves and i see him clean tables sometimes. Everyone is friendly- the chickfile culture. Fries are great 98% of tge time. Ive had cold fries or something missing from my order but otherwise love it here. Chickfile source, is the best in my opinion with fries and grilled chicken nuggets. I used to like the fried nuggets but it seems a bit too salty for my liking so we go with the grilled nuggets and its delicious! I highly recommend here. Kids area is open for play. It was closed due to covid but open now...yaaay! For the kids.

I'm from the Portland where the Chick-fil-A is run so smoothly. The food is always fresh and the ingredients are high quality and there is basically no wait no matter how busy. I will never go back. The sandwiches were soggy, the tomato was sooo mealy and gross, our drinks were watered down. My fiance got sick after eating the food.

I work at a local business near this specific Chick-fil-A in westborough. I consistently order from this location almost everyday and almost everyday I can guarantee that they always mess up my food. I request a spicy filet which would be a spicy crispy chicken on the salad. EVERYDAY they give me grilled and I have to go back. I also consistently never get the dressing I request. I’m so sick and tired of this location not respecting my time with the consistent mistake they are consistently making and not taking the initiative to correct their mistakes. I also have called to talk to a manager serval times and I’ve noticed that customer satisfaction is not their first priority since I’ve still yet to receive a call. I would love to order from somewhere else but unfortunately my option are limited !

The place is so organized that it feels like a customer factory, as if I'm inside the film 1984 or Brazil and I'm just a number to be fed. I'd call them chicken-nazis (see Seinfeld please, no insult intended) but without the deliciousness, just regular chicken. Had chickfila dozens of times -at this location and others as well- and: - fries & nuggets, McDonald's are waaaay better. - chicken, literally the same as frozen from the store, Wendy's is same or better (and cheaper). - diet lemonade, finally something unique that is good. - other items, who cares this place is so boring and tasteless that I snooze after the second bite. - burgers, right... none. - desserts, boring boring boring.

Slowest fast food restaurant they jus let ur food sit at the counter for 5-10 mins until they hand it to you. Poor service. Wouldn’t figure a drive thru line of 10 cars would move faster than 2 people inside . With at least 10 workers jus behind the counter ignoring u. Very poor service especially the blonde girl who is the so called manger on duty very bad service, should maybe look at customers instead of purposely ignoring them when they come into ur establishment
