Kfc

So I went in this morning to get a simple sandwich and a plain coffee this morning. I was given the wrong coffee but didn't realize it until I had already made it to work. So I called and was basically told that since I didn't keep my receipt ( bc I wasn't given one) that I wasn't able to get my coffee fixed. You know I really tried to let this small stuff go because it's the McDonald's next to my work but it's just continuously getting worse and something should change. I also added a picture of my "plain" ice cold coffee for good measure.

Food isn't bad service is really slow you can wait in the drive through for up to 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even gets to the speaker and then when you do place your order you're told to please pull ahead and you still got to wait 5-10 more minutes even though there's nobody really in line or in the restaurant

I went drive thru the other night ordered a filet of fish sandwich asked for a diet coke gave me large coke sandwich it took almost 20 minutes for them to bring it out filet fish I ordered a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich all I got was just a crispy chicken with two pickles McDonald's you lost my business
