My gal and I went to subway today and was helped by such a beautiful hearted lady. She was so nice and kept a lovely smile oh her face. She made a perfect sandwich no lie. If I could. I would bottle her attitude and smile and sell it. Best subway worker ever cute smile too it was a great experience. My best. Sandwich was great not good. 1-6-2022. 9:44.

At 3:15 am today I went in and the employee was sitting down playing on a cell phone. She looked at me as if I wasn’t there. I asked if they were closed she said no not closed I’m on break. Then put her head back down and played more celly games. Smdh. Never going back.

Pointless to go to this location. Guy on night shift is always somewhere else and it gets old debating each topping. It really isn’t his fault; someone did not train him at all. He doesn’t know much and he certainly is trying to be polite but seems clueless that he is talking you out of toppings the entire time. I’m sure the bread is going to be nice stale tomorrow considering he has the bread station slap full right before closing time.

Great customer service. Few subway items (specially veggies) are often out. Some fountain drinks are very watery and aren't checked often. Other than that, the food is great.

Just left here, I usually go to Thomas road because the food usually seems better but didn’t wanna drive that far tonight so I went to Wells Road through the drive through and I didn’t catch her name but the blonde cashier was super sweet / friendly, and just had a really great personality but it wasn’t fake. will probably go back now.

There is something wrong with subway management there. This is my fourth time at this subway and always had a bad experience. People working here do not know how to make sandwiches and have unacceptable customer service. And I guess, management also is not interested in training employees. Very very bad place to buy subway sandwiches.
