the food was alright, i would recommend the sandwiches though as they have a surprising amount of flavor. despite his trapezoidal head, mark is a great employee who clearly values customer satisfaction. i would like to recommend that mark maybe seek plastic surgery, however, as his head is literally a perfectly regular pentagon. maybe even a triangle if we’re nitpicking... i would normally give a 4* rating as the sheer regularity of the proportions of the sides of mark’s head made me surprisingly uneasy, but one can only marvel at the genetic anomalies that have contributed to such peculiar shaping of his head... also his wonderful personality makes up for it! he’s earned my 5 stars!

Found a hair in my sandwich 2 bites in. They seemed upset at me asking (very nicely) for a refund. Will not be going back. UPDATE: Went back today as they were the only place open in PMU. The food was disgusting. Chicken was VERY old tasting and dry in my sandwich, salad was rotting in parts . Bad service as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

service was awful. took 20 minutes for half a sandwich and a potato that they only had to put toppings on. staff had no clue what they were doing. repeatedly gave other customers the wrong food and took the order of the woman behind me in line before me. extremely rude and the cashier yanked my ID out of its holder bc it “wouldn’t work with all the weight” despite me swiping it at every other restaurant on campus not to mention she didn’t even ask. food was decent.
