Usually the lady that works the drive through is very nice. Today we encountered a real rude clown. Never heard anyone act like that. This guy has no business dealing with the public. Yeah I’m the that told you to F off.

Quality seems to vary quite a bit here. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly done and delicious, while other times it's dry and hard like they forgot to pull it out in time. The "popcorn chicken" deal they sometimes have was a huge disappointment. It's 80% breading and super dry.

I hadn't been to a KFC in about 6 years since I stopped eating meat, but I've been several times already this week for the Beyond chicken nuggets. They are awesome.
The staff at this location is also very friendly and prompt with service, and my order has been correct every time.

The chicken sandwich is very good. I think it was the hottest sandwich I have ever gotten in a drive thru. Tasted so fresh straight out of the fryer.

Bad food quality. Gave me a soggy spicy chicken sandwich which was probably sitting prepared in the bag for a long time. Hope the management can take care of these small things. I love KFC but can't understand why they cannot improve their food quality/ customer experience like next door Macdonald or Chick Fil A!! I wasted my money...."sigh"... #kfc

It's KFC, price is good and it is tasty, but some options are less healthy. I ordered one of meals for $11. Good price for one person or two less appetite full people it is enough. The picture is bad sorry, I was so hungry.

Kfc, yall are falling so hard in the fast food industry. Keeping shifty employees who deliberately mess with customer orders and allowing managers to close up shop well before closing time. Yall need to conduct audits on all your stores, not just audits but health inspections, performance reviews on all your employees including store and shift managers Among other things. Yall get -5 stars

It was a very fast service we ordered and in less than 5 minutes we had our food. You are not able to dine in since covid.
