I came to order dinner at 9:46 after a long day of work (closing time 10 p.m. according to their posted hours) just to be told by staff they start closing at 9:45. I watched them put maybe TWO containers away as I was walking up. They told me “we’ve already put everything away.” Thanks Subway on Grand for exemplifying the work ethic of so many people in our society.

The store itself is clean and nice, the first employee that was assisting me was cleanly and kind when handling my order. Half way through another employee came in and began to assist. This employee "washed" his hands, which consisted of a 5 second water rinse- no soap was used- put on gloves and began handling my order. He was fast but very sloppy and did not communicate much. My salad was barely chopped up and he put lettuce when I only asked for spinach. In addition he was not kind to his fellow employee and did not work together when prompted, instead just kept working and ignored his coworker. I know during this time things are hard and busy, but this employee did not seem to care about his quality of service but the other did. Hence me giving a 3 star.

5 people in line with 1 person making sandwiches and the other person filling up the pop cooler. The person before me, myself, and the person after me had to repeat their orders multiple times. I ordered cookies and they were hard and gross. I waited in line about 10 minutes from the moment I walked in the door. The person filling the cooler didn't wash his hands before putting gloves on and making sandwiches. I usually don't go to this location and don't plan to return. The location I typically go to has wonderful staff who greet you when you walk in, say thank you when you leave, makes sure they heard you correctly, and over all act like they care that you are there.

Some place you go to eat there food it will look appealing. But in this case there tuna didnt look appealing, it had other stuff in tuna beside tuna. I ask what that's other stuff in tuna instead of picking it out, she scoop it up and place it on my tuna sandwich and continue making it. I'd sudden lost my appetite when she did that. Well I got home, sandwich taste wasnt satisfying cause I lost my appetite, so I threw it away....... dont waste your time at this subway, go to subway in Walmart 73rd. they care more about your placing a order. The subway appl SUCKS!

Bad customer service. Employee have bad attitude and manager will argue with you over stupid things.

Food was good. Service was odd. Was greeted by, "What da ya want?" Like it was a burden for the employee that I was there. Cashier was just as thrilled to have a customer. I hadn't been to Subway in years, should have just walked out without saying anything.

The manager is extremely rude. I had accidentally placed the order at the wrong location. Tried to call as soon as i noticed. The phone was ringing and finally someone answered and hung up. I called back andnit was busy. Same thing happened when my fiance tried calling. Finally an hour later someone answered the phone for my fiance. They said they would cancel the order but the manager was being extremely rude. I guess we will see if i actually get my money back. I reccomend no one eat at this location.
