TONY and ANGIE are so friendly beyond words can describe. Everyday they give the best service consistently and food cooked with quality and care. They are fast and efficient when you order. Food is well prepared in a timely manner. Your appetite will be well satisfied. They work well together.
This is for the West Covina location, off Azusa and Amar. I went the other day with my son and Jason was our cashier this day. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. Even when my card wouldn't swipe since the magnetic part doesn't work anymore, instead of getting impatient or upset Jason finagled a work around on his register so I could use the chip instead of the swipe. I was thankful for this since I didn't have any cash at the time either. We had only been waiting like 5 min when our food was ready, Jason brought it directly to us. It was hot, fresh and overall we really enjoyed our meal. I normally don't visit Carl's Jr. but after this great experience we will be coming more often.
I visited Carl's Jr. many times as I come by to eat there after school. In fact, I come by often enough that the employees there already recognize me and the same food I always order! They sometimes even ask how my day was and it puts me in a good mood!
