I paid over $15 for my food and I got 2 chicken quesadillas and nacho fries the nacho fries weren’t seasoned and they were burned and my quesadillas didn’t have any chicken or cheese in them wasted my money. Would not recommend going to this location

This location constantly says they are short staffed and cant open the lobby EVERYDAY almost. I own a business across the street and cant enjoy Taco Bell because this one is own by a lazy incompetent. Who is refusing to open the lobby so the workers can do only half the work.UNREAL

This location has improved tremendously. Food was fresh, correct, drive thru was fast, patient, employees were friendly smiling, cracking jokes to us customers. This new crew is cool. Keep up the great work. Don't let out taco bell fail please.

incompetent employees and management. this location needs a health inspection and an internal review.
it's been 2 years. you can open up the lobby now. and if you can't due to staffing issues, no one wants to work there. thus, internal review is necessary to find the reason why the turnover rate is so high.
Running a fast food restaurant is not too hard. It's people that make it hard. Don't be a part of making it hard.

The staff is extremely rude and has absolutely ZERO idea what they’re doing. They very clearly don’t even know the basic items on their menu. I have been to many Taco Bell’s across the nation and this one is by far the worst. The last time I went there, which will be the last time I ever go there, they had no idea what I was trying to order, gave me someone else’s receipt, screwed up my drink and my food. They then proceeded to yell at me that it was all my fault and they did it all correctly.

Cinnamon twist taste like burnt oil, you go 20 minutes before closing time as mentioned on google that you close at 1am but you get to the drive thru at 12:40 and say you are closed. Here’s a suggestion, change your google hours so people won’t drive up and you have a smooth closing plus, you save a clients gas.

Employees smoking what seemed to be crack outside of Taco Bell one hour before closing. Told me “shorty you cappin” when I said they were open still. They told me to go to kwip trip for food. When I called and asked if they were open post experience, they asked me what I wanted and when I said tacos they said they can’t and they were closed. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY fast food place. I have had much better service at Taco Bell’s in south side chicago. I felt like I was going to be shot if I continued to interact with employees. It was so bad that I am personally going to corporate Taco Bell to file safety complaint. Please do not go to this location.

I've never had a bad experience at a taco bell until today. Maybe there were TOO many workers, because the communication was terrible. I think they had better and more accurate service when they were short staffed.
First my bag was given to someone at the counter, and no one knew. It wasn't until the man at the counter came back up to return the incorrect order was it noticed that I had been in the drive thru nearly 8 minutes waiting for that order. So, I wanted a refund, which they gave me, thank you for that, and then gave me the original bag of food that was cold and soggy and had other people's hands in it...it was also missing the one thing I actually wanted out of the entire order. I'm guessing the guy in the dining room are them? Or maybe the nacho fries weren't even put in the bag? I don't know. They then remade my original order, which consisted of 2 chicken quesadillas, 2 taco supremes, and a nacho belgrande, and the nacho fries that were for me, and said keep both bags. Well, the original order I threw out because like I said, cold and soggy...the new order, they gave me 3 tacos instead of 2, and 2 nachos instead of 1. It's so wasteful, as this stuff doesn't reheat, and I'm one person. I ate what I wanted, and gave away the rest.
I'm glad they handled it, but I never once heard an I'M SORRY, which would have made more of a difference than extra food that I'm just going to throw out. I feel bad for the people behind me in line, as their bags were piling up on the drive thru counter, getting cold and soggy too. 🤬
Maybe less employees would have been actually more helpful in this situation, and maybe a few lessons in communication are in order.
I'll still eat there, but this experience was a far cry from the fun-loving employees and happy visits I'm used to when I go there. No harmony, everyone running around like chickens tripping on each other...work on it!!
