Dunkin'

If you want to sit in your car for 30 minutes just to grab a coffee, this is the place for you. The people that work here are not able to be efficient and get the orders out quickly. And some times after waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes, my order is still not ready when I reach the window. Amazing!

Dunkin Donuts has a very bad image in Union County, North Carolina. My latest questionable discriminatory experience happened in the Wesley Chapel of Indian Trail tonight. In the area with the Target, Rackroom etc. I placed an order in the drive thru about 7:38 pm. Taking the order seemingly went okay, but as I reflect on it it was filled with bad attempts to be sarcastic. Immediately, the worker was making excuses about the number of donut holes available. The first red flag. I know there has been a lack of qualified or ethical laborers for some time since the Pandemic of 2020. I placed an order, it came to about $10. Plus. I pull forward, a truck was in front of me waiting on an order, so I thought. 2nd red 🚩 I didn't know what the drivere ordered but as the time started ticking and the worker was leaning out the window casually talking to the driver, after giving the driver a drink. I realized the driver was not leaving anytime soon because apparently the driver was there to keep the worker occupied and it didn't matter if other people were waiting for orders. This is so inconsiderate of the employees and this corporation as well.If the employees are only will to fill orders for their friends, please let the public know. Stop wasting time of consumer's who have better things to do with their timeand money, than to be disrespected by Dunkin Donuts, Inc. @DunkinDonuts . I wish I could give this a negative rating. Do better.

Nice little spot. Grabbed coffee here recently and was a good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, and service was very prompt and efficient with a minimal wait. They sell the typical Dunkin fare and this is a drive-through location. The location is new and has a cool, modern feel to it --somewhat different to the typical Dunkin'. It's also quite airy, clean and spacious inside. Parking is extremely limited with only 5 or 6 immediate spots, though the surround lots have plenty. It's easy to see from the main streets, and easy in and out even in busy traffic. Overall terrific location!

Terrible experience on multiple occasions. I keep thinking that maybe it is a one time thing and my experience will be different if I give them another chance. But now I am officially done and never going back here. I’ve ordered the same breakfast sandwich on multiple occasions (sausage and egg on a croissant, no cheese). Somehow, every single time they have managed to mess it up. It has been very clear when I’ve placed these orders and even on the receipts. I don’t know who they have employed here but they clearly don’t care about their customers. I’ve loved their breakfast sandwiches when they have been made the way I’ve requested but I’m officially done with giving this place my business. I don’t usually share reviews and if this was just a one time thing I wouldn’t be doing this… but the fact is that this is just going to keep happening so I feel that I should warn others that they only care about getting your money, they don’t actually listen or care about their customers or giving them a pleasant experience. DO NOT GO HERE!

I order from the app every morning and when I go to the Dunkin' on Weddington Road, I am always received with a "good morning!" The staff there always greet me and are on the money when it comes to my order. Any other Dunkin' stores are NEVER as nice and courteous as the staff at my favorite Dunkin'!!! Whoever is the manager runs the store extremely well and I hope that they are appreciated! Keep up the good work! I am an extremely happy customer!
