Wendy's

The manager is a great person because she believes in our young youths. Providing employment opportunities to the young and eager, keeps them off the streets and striving for independence. I love the chili. However, how fresh is the food if it is delivered frozen???? Nonetheless, the food is delicious!

Their dirty soda machine spat straight syrup (not soda, not soda water, syrup) all over the front of my girl's outfit, then they tried to tell her it was her fault. They fought with her about issuing a refund. Completely unprofessional, but about what I expect from fast food employees (even management) these days.

I was in drive thru and placed on order $45 for my wife and daughter. We wait in a long line and as soon as we get to the pay window...there is a man who looks to me like he is begging for food but he actually walks up to the drive thru window and began to show the cahier the mistake they made and she began to argue with him about the transaction...meanwhile I am waiting in line to pay but can not because he now is at the window holding up others for their food as this guy talks to them about his ticket. The manager never tells him to come inside to resolve the issue so we drove off and they lost our business. Someone should have had common since to go inside.

Shout out to the Mgr at this Wendy's. Stopped by around 6 and came in thru the side door. Was told the lobby was closed and the door should have been locked, but the Mgr waited on me anyway and comped me a free frosty. She didn't have to do that. Apparently, they are short on staff but still go above and beyond with customer service. THANK YOU!
