Panera Bread

Ordered 2 chicken green goddess salads and a flat bread pizza. Not sure that I will be ordering again anytime soon. The 2 salads were inconsistent. One had pickled red onions and the other had red onion rings that were strong. The extra dressing wasn't included in either salad. One had a whole hard boiled egg and the other had a sliced egg. The pizza would definitely not order again... it needed more cooking time and it wasn't cut. Not worth the 30 plus dollars spent.

This was our first time eating here and we were incredibly impressed. Both my daughter and I ordered the bacon turkey sandwich. I got soup and she got the strawberry poppy seed salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. We even ordered a chocolate chip cookie and were given the option of a warmed up one. It was also delicious. I think we'll be back again!

I have placed countless orders through Chris, Kailey, and Andrea. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. They know the menu really well and give great suggestions. I have ordered a Madagascar Vanilla Cream, plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and the order is called 'You pick 2.' Within the 2, I chose a bowl of Autumn Squash with a side of bread and a Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The Madagascar comes with 3 pumps of vanilla but I wanted it less sweetened so I only had 1 pump of vanilla. It was delicious and the perfect sweetness. My bagel was sliced and not toasted. The bagel was fresh and tasty and soft. Having the cream cheese on it gave the bagel a great kick to it. The Soup is my absolute favorite! Highly recommend it! The Classic Grilled Cheese was nicely toasted and slightly crunchy. It was warm and fresh. The cheese was enough to make the sandwich taste so yummy. Throughout my visits, there was always an associate sanitizing the tables and areas frequently. Everyone follows the CDC guidelines. There was constant replenishing at the coffee credenza area. The area is well lit and plenty of outlets to charge your devices and electronics. I highly recommend this Panera!

Worst experience in most recent years. This makes me feel like never going back to this location ever again. I was there for dinner with my wife and two young kids and this lady standing behind me starts racially abusing the young lady behind the counter and not only that she started racially abusing me as well telling that in my country I would never behave like this. Rather than the manger trying to figure out what was going on and hear my side or the employees end of the story he tells me to wait until he takes this lady’s order first than he will come hear me out, by than it was to late. I had lost my apatite and not to mention my two kids were witness to all this the whole time. When is the skin color or the way people dress not going make any difference to someone people? Is it to much to ask?
