Wendy's

Really can’t rate the food, I’ll have to guess it tastes like any other Wendy’s. Doors are locked. People sitting inside eating. We where able to go inside wenn people on the inside left. Stood in line and where asked to leave and take the drive through….. Guess only locals are allowed to eat inside. What kind of service is this? Happened June 5 2022 1:15pm

Awful, AWFUL customer service during late night drive thru. Same guy, each time. I'm assuming he's a manager bc he isn't wearing a Wendy's shirt. I Door Dash, so I'm there often. And each time I'm there I'm asked (by him) to pull up to the curb to wait for the order. Every single time, I am the ONLY vehicle in the drive thru and the lobby is closed. The first time he asked, I pointed out no one was behind me but I'd move if someone did come up. He told me they are trying to win a contest on fastest drive thru time against other stores. I'm like "ehh, that's cheating, but whatever". So, I pull up. I get forgotten about. Other night I waited 17 mins for a single burger, fry and drink. Next night 11 mins for 2 orders of nuggets, one single and drink. This happens every single time. Well, tonight I politely said, again, if a car pulls up I'll move but I'm not pulling up to be forgotten to help you win a contest. He did NOT like that. I rolled my window up to wait on the order and he stood with his head outside of the drive thru window staring at me in my car for FOUR mins! Doesn't seem long, but have you ever had someone stare at you for 4 mins trying to intimidate you?? Was so creepy. He then screamed at me telling me I messed up his clock.. my wait time tonight for 4 burgers was 14 mins (again, only customer AND order was supposed to be completed before I was even greeted at the speaker box, no one greeted me, I said hello several times) This guy is odd and honestly, aggressive. If I were a paying customer dealing with him, I'd never go back. But this is a way I make extra income, so don't really have a choice. Luckily, I started recording my last few encounters with him.. bc I think I'll end up needing them!

Before you leave the drive thru make sure you have what you ordered. I ordered 2 sandwiches one was a meal “biggie sized”. They handed me one sandwich. I noticed that and asked for the other one. They got it and gave it to me. No “sorry” no nothing. I got home and the fries were small sized and ice cold. No receipt either. I called to complain and “Doris” said they were short handed (although the parking lot was empty) and if I wanted to drive back to the store I could get me meal replaced. Is she going to reimburse my time? I was also told that they only give receipts upon request and that their store number was a secret. This is the worst Wendy’s in the area. Do yourself a favor. If you are driving thru Wellsburg and you get hungry, hold out til you get to follansbee or wheeling.

This store has gone way downhill. I counted over 20 flys around. Bugs galore in the empty sweet tea dispensers in the dinning room. Ya think of that next time you drink there. The dinning room is empty and nasty. Food all over the floors and if you think that is bad the floors in the back had at least three small buckets of fries and garbage on the ground. Two crew members didnt have uniforms on. I could go on and on but no way in hell I'll eat here until its cleaned up. 4 months later. The mens soap dispenser is still broken. How has everyone been washing their hands during a pandemic?
