Pizza Hut

The waitress did not ask which crust we wanted and I had never had anything other than there pan pizza. It never occurred to me it might be a different crust. This was like card board. I have never had worse pizza. Ever. Bad service and bad food. Had to go get my own plates. We waited 15 minutes while the card board pizza got cold.

Went to have a sit down meal and sat for 15 minutes with no service there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. 2 servers stood talking to the other customers in the restaurant and ignored us, saw us get up to leave and did not even say a word to us. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there if they want to eat pizza. I called the manager to advise her of the poor service I received and she hung up on me.

Me and my family was hoping to have a nice dinner but our cheese breadsticks had no cheese on them and burnt as well they had more hair on them then cheese.. Wanted two medium pan pizzas didnt get pan we got thin crust. Weve been sitting here for almost 45 mins waiting for our fixed pizzas and breadsticks.. They finally brought our pizzas out and for the 2nd time they got it wrong! How hard is it to make 2 pan pizza half cheese half pepperoni?? This place has went to hell and will never get service from our family again..

I would give this Pizzahl Hut 0 stars if possible. Three times in a row and this place has screwed every single order up. Supposed to get credits to my account and nothing. Oh and when you call they answer with hello not thanks for calling Pizza Hut or some other professional greeting​ to let you know that you have the correct number. Spoke with the manager and he gets an attitude as I point out the repetitive mistakes him and his unprofessional team make. Will never order from this place again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We stopped in with 2 kids that were starving and we stood by the "please wait to be seated" sign for 10 minutes and not a soul in sight except a worker sitting there possible on break just staring at us! I went to the counter and peaked behind to see if anyone was there and they just ignored me. So we go seat ourselves and continue to sit there for another 10 minutes with no one in sight! So we got up and left! My kids are now super hungry and we have to go somewhere else! I would say worst service ever but there was no service! So disappointing!
